Refund

Our policy lasts 14 days on any handbags, luggage, wallet, or accessory

* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed within 14 days of order delivery date *

. To be eligible for a return during the 14 day window, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Kings Klutches will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item send us an email at KingsKlutches@gmail.com with full details of your order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE!
